Waterdisc Stops Plumbing Noise At Source

If you have pipes that knock and shudder WATERDISC will stop plumbing noise at source. Fitted to the main tank ball-valve WATERDISC will last for years and cuts maintenance costs by saving wear and tear of the ball-valve and washer joints and pipes.  It lessens the probability of overflow and of pipes and valves working loose where connected to a polythene tank.

Instructions:

• 1) Note the raised location marks round the centre hole on one side of the disc.  Push the stem through the centre hole from the plain side.
• 2) Turn the stem until the ribs click into the location marks holding the stem firmly.
• 3)Fitting to the main tank ball-valve.  Turn off main water supply or tie up ball-valve rod to stop the water flow.  Unscrew the ball from the rod.  Screw the lock nut on to the rod then slide the hole at the top of the stem on to the rod. 
• 4)Replace the ball  keeping the stem upright.  Tighten the ball against the stem and lock nut until the WATERDISC is secure.  Restore the water supply checking that the WATERDISC is level and submerged in the water.
