Care of your Pudding Sleeve

Before use wash the sleeve in warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly. (Hand wash only not suitable for dishwashers). Grease the interior of the sleeve with light vegetable oil thoroughly before use.
The sleeve is designed to fit into a domestic steamer - it should not be used for baking in the oven. Remember the secret of good steaming is constant steaming. Do not let your pan boil dry and top the pan up with boiling water at intervals. Prepare the steamer by bringing the pan of water to the boil
