Paying over the internet is arguably the safest way to pay for goods and services as long as the site has a Secure Connection and is PCI compliant. Our site is fully compliant, and by using Paypal we do not store any personal card details, BUT, if you are unsure or just wish to pay by phone we have incorporated a system onto our web site that allows you to place your order over the internet and make payment over the phone. There is no need to waste valuable time or risk address or product errors that can occur when ordering over the phone. All you need to do is order through the web site in the usual way:
You will automatically receive confirmation of your order giving details of your order number. If you place your order during our office hours, please give us a ring on 01473 820517 or 820512 to confirm your order number and pay by card. If you place your order outside office hours, please give us a ring with your card details on the next working day. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive order updates including any tracking numbers. N.B. If you prefer to place your complete order over the phone, we are unable to update the status of your order and tracking information will not be available.
