• For straining when making jelly

CARE AND USE

• Carefully remove product from packaging Thoroughly wash product in hot soapy water before first use rinse and dry.
• Scald the jelly bag and fit into a suitable saucepan or bowl allowing the jelly bag to overhang thus forming a cup shape.
• Ladle the mixture to be strained into the jelly beg and suspend by the loops from a cup hook screwed to the underside of a shelf.
• Allow to drain for one hour- DO NOT SQUEEZE the bag or TRY TO FORCE the liquid through as this will produce a cloudy conserve.
