These easy to use planks add a natural, smokey essence whilst moisture from the pre-soaked plank steams and flavours the food, keeping it moist and tender. Simply pre-soak the plank in water for one to two hours prior to use and then arrange your food on the plank and place on your barbecue. Planks can be re-used two to three times.
